Registered nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses visit your home to manage medications, monitor chronic conditions, provide wound care, and coordinate with your physician—so you can heal where you’re most comfortable.
Our compassionate home health aides assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, basic health monitoring, and mobility support
Physical, occupational, and speech therapists work with you at home to rebuild strength, improve mobility, and regain the skills you need for daily living.
Homemaker provides non-medical support services with household cleaning and organization, laundry assistance, meal preparation, grocery shopping and errands.
A major illness, unexpected injury, or just growing older can separate you from the place you feel most comfortable — home. You or your loved one can still retain privacy and freedom with WEL-Home Health. Our compassionate health professionals customize a schedule to fit your daily needs so we can deliver necessary treatment and help you with challenges of daily living.
Working closely with your physician and family, we craft a comprehensive, individualized plan that may include home visits from our nurses, home health aides, speech/language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and other caregivers.
We work with Medicare, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage (in some cases), Private insurance, and private pay sources.
